1. Pry
A device integration method in which a group of devices is fixed to a support made of Angle steel or I-steel. The skid-mounted equipment may include a skid-mounted generator set, a skid-mounted compressed air unit and a heat exchange unit. Skid installation generally includes technology, equipment, pipelines, structures, electrical instruments and other professional content.
2. Skid mounted pressure equipment system
The pressure pipe element, pressure vessel and movable skid body are installed and connected to form a system with a certain function.
3. Design attention points
1) Due to the transportation and occupation requirements of skid installation, try to choose efficient equipment and instruments to reduce the requirements of increasing the straight pipe section due to the measurement accuracy of the instrument.
2) Traditional skid installation mostly uses single-base single-layer structure, and the equipment can be arranged compact in the skid steel structure. Tall skid installation not only needs to consider the compact layout, but also to ensure the overall stability of skid installation. Reasonable design of the equipment distribution inside the skid to ensure the deflection requirements of the structure, to avoid uneven load distribution, affecting the overall stability of the skid and lifting and transportation.
3) For tall equipment, consider using horizontal layout, while limiting the height and width of the equipment within a reasonable range. The total height of the vehicle and cargo is more than 4 meters from the ground, the total width of the vehicle and cargo is more than 2.55 meters, the total length is more than 18.1 meters, if there is one, it is over-limit transportation. Article 3 of the Regulations on the Administration of Over-limit Transport Vehicles Driving on Highways (Order No. 62 of the Ministry of Transport of the People's Republic of China, 2016).
4) Design of electric instrument for process pipeline of skid installation equipment
5) The electric instrument should be arranged in the pry as far as possible, and should not be dismantled;
6) The pipe and valve group of a device are arranged in a splitter as far as possible, and the connection between the splitter is generally connected by flanges;
7) The pipe layout in the split skid shall be as short and straight as possible to save space after meeting the requirements of thermal expansion and thermal stress;
8) For PSA device program-controlled valve skid, one layer arrangement or two layers arrangement can be used (two layers save space, single maintenance is difficult)
9) The pipe support should be arranged in the splitter;
10) Ladder or ladder should be considered in the pry.
