2, lifting must be in the specified parts (such as jacket nozzle, can ears, etc.) hanging wire rope. (The hanging ring on the lid is only used for lifting the lid), can not touch with any object, steady lifting and light handling.
3, before assembly, inspectors should wear clean soft-soled rubber shoes into the container to check the glass layer for abnormal phenomena.
4, when tightening the flange bolts, the torque wrench should be used to gradually tighten along the diagonal in pairs, the force should be uniform, should not be completely tightened at one time, the maximum torque exceeds 200NM, should stop, check other reasons affecting the seal, to avoid the failure of the glass lining layer caused by uneven force and affect the use of mission.
5, should first check whether the clip is complete, whether the number meets the requirements, to ensure that the installation distance is equal, moderate tightness to ensure safe operation and reliable sealing.
6. The installation personnel should wear clean soft-soled rubber shoes into the container, remove all the packaging materials of the fixed stirring wing, and clean up all the debris in the container. Remove the mechanical seal packaging, correctly and reasonably adjust the compression force of the seal, manually rotate the stirring wing, and allow the motor to start when the operation is flexible and normal.
7. The gasket material generally used for glass lined containers is: non-asbestos fiber plate with stainless steel corrugated plate and PTFE membrane. The thickness of the gasket may be slightly different in different parts, and the position mark should be made when disassembling, otherwise there may be leakage phenomenon when installing again.
8. It is strictly prohibited to weld on the surface of the outer wall of the batch glass jar; Welding nozzle, tank ear, seat on the jacket, all use electric welding, and take cooling facilities, absolutely do not use gas welding; When welding around the glass lining equipment, the glass lining surface, mouth and pipe mouth should be tightly covered to avoid splashing of welding slag and damage to the glass surface.
